[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]Granting of pedagogical and didactic proficiency certification to the graduates of the re-established Interdepartmental Graduate Program entitled: “Didactics of Biology” of the Department of Biology and the Pedagogical Department of Elementary Education of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.<\/p>\n

THE ASSEMBLY OF THE NATIONAL AND KAPODISTRIAN UNIVERSITY OF ATHENS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Taking into consideration:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. The provisions of Law 4485\/2017 “Organization and Operation of higher education, regulations for research and other provisions” (Government Gazette A\u0384114) and in particular articles 13 and 31 par. 1 and 2.<\/li>\n
  2. The provisions of paragraph 4 of article 54 of Law 4589\/2019 “Synergies of E.K.P.A., Agricultural University of Athens, University of Thessaly with T.E.I. of Thessaly and Central Greece, Pallimnian fund and other provisions” (Government Gazette 13 A), according to which pedagogical and teaching competence is certified by the possession of a master’s degree or a doctorate in the sciences of education.<\/li>\n
  3. Par. 1 para. b of article 111 of Law 4547\/2018 (Government Gazette 102 A), where it is stated that pedagogical and teaching competence is certified by the possession of a master’s degree or a doctoral degree in the sciences of education, replacing the provisions of par. 3 of article 2 of Law 3848\/2010.<\/li>\n
  4. The decision to re-establish an Interdepartmental Graduate Program of the Department of Biology, and the Pedagogical Department of Primary Education of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, entitled “Didactics of Biology” (Government Gazette 2104\/\u0392\u0384\/2018)<\/li>\n
  5. The decision approving the Study Regulations of the above DPMS (Government Gazette 3040\/\u0392\u0384\/2018)<\/li>\n
  6. The minutes of the EDE of the DPMS “Teaching of Biology” which approves the recognition of pedagogical and teaching proficiency for the graduates of the above Program (session 5-12-2019).<\/li>\n
  7. The minutes of the EKPA Senate (6th session 12-17-2019).<\/li>\n
  8. The fact that this does not cause an expense to the state budget, decides:<\/li>\n
  9. The approval of the granting of Pedagogical and Teaching proficiency certification to the graduates of the re-established Interdepartmental Postgraduate Program entitled: “Didactics of Biology” of the Department of Biology and the Pedagogical Department of Elementary Education of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    This decision to be published in the Government Gazette.<\/p>\n
